: The use of human fibroblasts and iPSCs in this study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Joint Research Ethics Committee of the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and the Institute of Neurology (London), under the reference number (Ref 22/NE/0080). Three iPSC cell lines were obtained by the European Collection of Cell Cultures (ECACC).
