: Written informed consent was obtained from parent for the participant below the age of 16. In addition, oral assent was acquired from each minor participant prior to his involvement in the study. Furthermore, informed consent was also obtained from all members of the pedigree for the collection of peripheral blood samples used for genetic analysis. The research was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Affiliated hospital of Southwest Medical University (KY2023410) and the study was performed in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.

In the case of the adult participants, consent was provided directly by them, while for the minor participant, consent was obtained from the parents.
