: This research protocol was approved by the institutional review board (IRB) and the ethics committee of the Human Studies Committee of China Medical University Hospital (CMUH). Our study was conducted in accordance with the <i>Declaration of Helsinki</i> principles and meet the requirements of the institute. The samples of familial short stature were recruited by the Children’s Hospital, China Medical University, Taichung, Taiwan. We obtained written informed consent from all participants and their parents (or legal guardians).
