: The ethics committee of the First Affiliated Hospital at Jinzhou Medical University approved the study protocol regarding tissue donation; also, written informed consent was obtained from either the patients involved or their appointed next of kin (2024216). Additionally, the Research Ethics Committee at Jinzhou Medical University granted approval for all animal experiments and methodologies (2021083001). The Laboratory Animal Science Department facilitated the procurement of Sprague–Dawley rats.
