: The physiological model used in this study is based on previously acquired, fully anonymised CT imaging data from the EU-funded AirPROM project. The original data collection was approved by the Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland Research Ethics Committee, and informed consent was obtained from all participants at the time of enrolment.
