Ethics approval and consent to participate: Publicly available LUAD sample data (TCGA, GEO, BioStudies) were utilized in this study under ethical approvals from the respective database hosting institutions, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant ethical guidelines. Cell lines (BEAS 2B, A549, and H1299) were obtained from Procell System (Wuhan, China), with authorization for use granted by that institution. The experimental protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Bengbu Medical University, and all procedures were performed in compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
