: The trial was conducted in compliance with the International Council on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use Good Clinical Practice guidelines, the Declaration of Helsinki, the International Organization for Standardization EN ISO 14155 Parts 1 and 2 and the US Food and Drug Administration Code of Federal Regulations, 21 CFR Parts 312, 50 and 56.
