Ethics approval and consent to participate: The DAPA-TAVI trial was approved by the Galician Clinical Research Ethics Committee (reference 2020/434) and by the ethics committee of each participating centre, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the International Conference on Harmonization Good Clinical Practice guidelines. All patients provided written informed consent prior to participation in the trial. The trial is registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT04696185) and at the European Clinical Trials Database (EudraCT 2020-003930-18).
