: All the cervical cancer tissues samples were collected with written informed consent in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and with the approval of the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University (No. SU864315, Date: 2018/12/20, Henan, China).Animal studies were performed in compliance with the ARRIVE guidelines and the Basel Declaration. Experimental procedures were approved by the Institutional and Local Committee on the Care and Use of Animals of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University (ACU181209) on December 28, 2018. All animals received humane care according to the National Institutes of Health (USA) guidelines.
