: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of the People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (reference no. KY-GZR-2020-55). All patients recruited for this study provided written informed consent for the use of their biological samples and clinical data for noncommercial medical research. All animal experiments were approved by the Animal Research Committee of Guangxi Medical University and conducted according to the regulations of the Animal Research Committee of Guangxi Medical University. Neither the duration nor size of the xenografts the animal beared during the experiments exceeded the protocol approved by the committee.
