: Before the study began, it was reviewed and approved by the Ethical Committee of the National Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (Ethical code: IR.NIGB.EC.1402.12.01.DD). Participants received precise information about the study’s purpose and procedures, and they signed a consent form explaining how their medical samples and personal data would be used, all under their physician’s supervision. The consent form was carefully prepared, and participants could withdraw it anytime. Throughout the study, the team prioritised ethical standards and ensured the privacy and confidentiality of all participants’ information.
