: The study protocol received ethical approval from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University Ethics Committee. All participants provided written informed consent, and all procedures conformed to the Declaration of Helsinki. Animal experiments were approved by the Chongqing Medical University IACUC (IACUC-CQMU-2024-10152) following comprehensive review. The Chongqing Medical University IACUC stipulates that the maximum longitudinal diameter of subcutaneous tumors shall not exceed 2 cm. All tumor longitudinal diameters in this experiment were maintained within this prescribed limit.
