: All the sample handling and data processing steps were following the Declaration of Helsinki. The animal protocols gained the approval of Laboratory Animal Ethics Committee, Yan’An Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University (2025002). Forty pairs of HCC tumor tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues were collected from patients undergoing surgical resection at Yan’An Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University. Samples were immediately snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80 °C until further use. This study was approved by the Medical Research Ethics Committee of Yan’An Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University (approval number: 2024-277-01),
