: The research was approved by the Institute of Research Board (IRB) of Jimma University. Furthermore, permission was obtained from the Jimma Zone health department and education bureau. Written consent was taken from school’s principals or directors and oral assent was also sought from peer educators after explaining the purpose of the study in the language they can understand.
