: Ethical approval to conduct the study was obtained from Gulu University Research Ethics Committee (Approval number GUREC-2021-131). Permission to conduct the study were sought from Kiryandongo District Health Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, District Laboratory Focal Person, the UNHCR District Field Coordinator and Panyadoli HCIII Authority to conduct the study at the above facility.
