: This study was based on secondary data from the TDHS, which obtained ethical approval from relevant authorities. The dataset was anonymized to ensure participant confidentiality. Permission to use the data was obtained from the DHS Program Demographic and Health Survey also ensured that all participants provided informed verbal consent to participate in the study, and for minors, their parents or guardians consented on their behalf, and data was collected by the DHS team by the Declaration of Helsinki.
