: The study was conducted after a proposal had been approved by Mbarara University of science and technology Faculty of Medicine research Committee (FRC). All the study participants were briefed on the purpose of the study and informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to specimen collection. To keep anonymity, every participant was given a unique identifier code number and only this code number was attached to the questionnaires and test tubes.
