: Ethical clearance was obtained from the institutional review board (IRB) of the institute of health, Jimma University (Ref. No: JUIH/IRB/6022). Further, permission was obtained from Dire Dawa Health Bureau and Dire Dawa education Bureau. Then, before the onset of the study, consent was sought from each student`s parents/guardian.
