: Ethical approval was obtained from the local ethical committee of the Department of Nursing, Withrow University College, 10th March 2025. Permission was also secured from each facility before data collection commenced. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Written Informed consent was sought from all respondents, with the study’s purpose and significance clearly explained and confidentiality assured. Participation was entirely voluntary, and strict measures were implemented to ensure anonymity and confidentiality throughout the study.
