: The main study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Center for Health Studies of the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, the Ethics Committee of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Ethics Committee of the Hospital Clínico de Barcelona. This analysis was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Center for Health Studies (CES) of the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala. For this study, there was no interaction with the participants, only with the collected data in the primary study, which was coded and devoid of personally identifiable information.
