: Ethical clearance for this study was granted by the Institutional Review Board of the School of Public Health, College of Health Sciences, Addis Ababa University (Ref. No. PREV/122/22), and submitted to the SNNPR Public Health Institute. Additional approvals were obtained from the former SNNPR regional health bureau, Zonal Health Department, and Woreda Health Offices. Informed consent was obtained verbally after explaining study objectives, procedures, benefits, and risks to participants. Participant confidentiality was ensured using anonymous codes. Methods was performed under relevant regulation [Declaration of Helsinki-2013]. No human tissue was collected.
