: Research ethical approval to conduct the study was obtained from the Makerere University School of Public Health Research and Ethics Committee with reference number SPH-2023-396 . The study was also approved by the WHO/TDR ethical review board and was registered by Uganda National Council for Science and Technology with reference number (SS2103ES). Administrative clearance was obtained from Yumbe district Local government. The data collected was stored on drives that were only accessed by the Principal Investigator and Data Manager.
