: Ethical Approval was sought from Busitema University Faculty of Health Sciences Research and Ethics committee (BUFHSREC) reference number BUFH-2024-196. Administrative clearance was sought from Mbale Regional Referral Hospital Director to be allowed to conduct the study. Permission was obtained from the unit officers in charge before reaching the participants. Informed consent was obtained from respondents after explanation prior the data collection and will be free to terminate their participation at any point during the study. All data collection was done confidentially and anonymously. No personal identifiers like names, identification cards will be collected during the course of the interview. To maintain anonymity of the study participants, unique numbers will be used.
