: The ethical approval for this study with HREC No. IPHOAU/12/1873 was obtained from the Institute of Public Health, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife Ethics Review Committee (IPHREC). Permission to conduct the study was obtained from the officer in charge of the sampled facilities. Furthermore, the study was conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki on conducting research among human subjects. Informed written consent was also obtained from the participants, aged eighteen and above, before data collection. Assent was obtained from participants under the age of eighteen, and signed informed consent was obtained from their legal guardians. The objectives and relevance of the study were explained to the participants before obtaining the informed consent form. Participation in the study was voluntary, and all the participants were assured of confidentiality. The data were anonymized and stored on a password-protected computer only accessible to authorized members of the research team.
