: Ethical clearance was sought from Institutional Review Ethics Committee Lorestan University of Medical Sciences: IR.LUMS.REC.1398.053. After providing written and verbal explanations about the methodology of the study, informed consent was received from all participants. Measures were taken to assure confidentiality of the information provided during these interviews and codes were used to de-classify personal identifying information of study participants.
