: Ethical approval was obtained from the National Health and Disability Ethics Committee (2023 EXP 18255). Informed consent was required from school principals, a Board of Trustees representative, and a classroom teacher for the classroom to take part in the study. Dual consent (parents) and assent (children) was required for each child to participate in the study. Participation in the study was entirely voluntary and in compliance with the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
