: Ethics approval was obtained from the National University of Singapore’s Institutional Review Board (reference number: NUS-IRB-2021-640) and Ministry of Education, Singapore (Reference number: DEV 02/21 MCFF). Parental consent was obtained for data collection from participating students. Students without parental consent for data collection participated in the lessons but were excluded from data collection activities. Written consent was also obtained from teachers and canteen vendors.
