Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The endorsement was granted by the Ethics Committee on Human Research of the Universidad Icesi (Resolution No. 763 of 2010), in compliance with the provisions contained in the Declaration of Helsinki. The instrument applied was completely confidential, containing no names, or any information that would allow the identification of participants. The information collected was inserted since the analysis unit of the study were territories and not individuals. The audio recordings of the interviews and focus groups were heard by only one of the authors, and in no case were fragments of these or sensitive information used. Informed consent was provided verbally, and the decision of individuals not to answer the questionnaire was respected.
