: This study was approved by a primary Hospital Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC/18/MHS/59) and ratified by two University Human Research Ethics Committees. Participation was voluntary and participants could withdraw at any time without affecting their employment, their care, their relationship with staff, or the services they were accessing. Participants were assured all information they provided was de-identified and confidential and were asked to sign a participant information and consent form prior to the interviews.
: The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (which funded the ANFPP evaluation study) are the data custodians for the data used in this research and permission to use the data and report findings to the Institute and beyond, i.e. for publication as part of LM's Doctorate studies, has been granted.
