: No ethical board approval was required for this type of study. Data collection was organised by the Finnish Medicines Agency (Fimea) in compliance with the national ethical instructions. The survey cover letter contained an explanation of the purpose of the study and the handling of the obtained data, and answering the survey was regarded as an informed consent to participate. The data were pseudonymised by the data providers, and the researchers had no access to the personal identifiers of the study subjects.
