: The study involving the analysis of datasets from administrative health databases established for other purposes, where data are routinely collected and kept appropriately anonymized, without the need to obtain informed consent at the time of original data collection. Moreover, in these cases, permission to use the relevant information is not required. For these reasons, Ethics approval is not required. However, all procedures performed in the study complied with relevant guidelines and regulations and the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments or comparable ethical standards.
