: This research was carried out in accordance with Australia’s National Health and Medical Research Council’s ethical principles of the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research 2007/2018 (53). Approval was gained by the Central Australian Human Ethics Research Committee: Reference number CA-20-3917. The participants were invited to an interview, assured of confidentiality, and provided informed written consent regarding the study aims and processes. All interviewees were proficient in English and agreed to audio recording of the interview.
