This data is publicly available for secondary analyses, and therefore, does not require a separate ethics approval for this work. The CBTS study received ethics approval from the Institutional Review Board of Sigma Research and Consulting Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India (10001/IRB/D/18–19) and the University of Manitoba’s Health Research Ethics Board (HS20187 (H2016:385)). Participants were informed about the purpose and procedure of the survey and confidentiality was assured.
