: All study participants provided written informed consent to participate in study activities. Participants living in socio-economically vulnerable circumstances received a voucher of 20 euro for every semi-structured interview. Participants were assigned a random number which was used to identify them in analysis. The study was approved by the University of Antwerp and Ethics Committee for the Social Sciences and Humanities (ID Antigoon: 46294) in Belgium. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
