: The study was registered in the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (SIKT) after an ethical assessment and was approved, with reference number 231101. This research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Participants were provided with a full explanation of the study, after which written informed consent was secured. Participants’ confidentiality was maintained by removing names and other identifying details from the transcriptions and analyses and was guaranteed throughout the process. Participants were informed that they could withdraw from the study at any point of time, regardless of the reason, and without facing any repercussions.
