: This study was approved by the Research Governance and Ethics Committee of Brighton and Sussex Medical School [ERA/BSMS9K9K/1/1] and the University of Rwanda Research Ethics Committee. A permission letter from the district office was taken to the local authority, and access to the community was granted. In accordance of the Helsinki Declaration, prticipation was voluntary, and all participants consented to participate in this study. The interviews with Persons affected were conducted in places chosen by Persons affected where they felt comfortable to ensure privacy.
