: This project was reviewed by the Research Ethics Committee at the University of Edinburgh (21-EMREC-025) and was deemed to be a health service evaluation, exempt from ethical review. Participants for interview were provided with an invitation letter and information about the project via email or post, including a Participant Information Leaflet if interested in taking part. Individuals were given at least 48 h to consider participation. Informed consent was gained from individuals who were willing to participate prior to conducting the interview. This was either written or audio-recorded using a consent form equivalent to the written consent form.
