: The Ethics Committee of the Institute of Ethnology and Social Anthropology of the Slovak Academy of Sciences approved the study. All healthcare staff provided written informed consent for observation and interview. No patient identifiers, data from children, or other sensitive data were collected, and patient families were notified of the research through visible notices and brief verbal explanations upon entry to the clinics, with the option for the researcher to leave the examination room temporarily. All procedures followed Slovak and EU data protection standards, as well as the ethical codes of the Slovak Ethnographic Society and the Slovak Association of Social Anthropologists.
