: Ethical clearance and permission were obtained from the technical and ethical review of the College of Health Science of Mattu University (Reference pharm45/24) before starting data collection. An ethical clearance letter from Mattu University was given to MKCSH. The process of data collection was started after permission is granted from the respective hospital administration. The informed consent of participants was waived by the Technical and Ethical Review Board of the College of Health Sciences, Mattu University. Patient confidentiality was kept and data utilization was confined to research purpose only. The study design for this is not clinical trial.
