: Ethical approval was obtained from the School of Biomedical Sciences Research and Ethics Committee, and waiver of consent was granted. Administrative approval was obtained from the research and ethics committee of MNRH. To ensure privacy and confidentiality, the participants were allocated unique identification numbers by the research assistants. Epidemiological data from the participants’ files was collected by the research assistant and unique numbers were assigned to specimens and not patient name.
