: All specimens were obtained from different Mansoura University Hospitals and Clinics after approval from the ethical research committee, Faculty of Pharmacy, Mansoura University, following the medical research requirements in the usage, handling and care of human subjects (Ethical code:2025-97.). Informed consent was obtained from patients from whom the clinical specimens were obtained in this work. Regarding in vivo experiments in mice, all procedures, care and handling of the animals were performed according to institutional and national ethical guidelines. Additionally, the study was approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee, Mansoura University (MU-ACUC (PHARM.PHD.24.05.41).
