: With the approval of the Ethics Committee of Nanjing Medical University, we obtained human gastric cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissues from gastric cancer patients in the Department of Gastric Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. BALB/c-null mice were purchased from the Animal Center of Nanjing Medical University (Nanjing, China) and bred under special pathogen-free conditions. All animal experiments are approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Nanjing Medical University.
