: For Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research (WEHI) PDX models, all experiments involving animals were performed according to the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Code for the Care and Use of Animals for Scientific Purposes 8th Edition, 2013 (updated 2021), and were approved by the WEHI Animal Ethics Committee (2019.024). Ovarian carcinoma/carcinosarcoma PDX were generated from patients enrolled in the Australian Ovarian Cancer Study (AOCS) or WEHI Stafford Fox Rare Cancer Program (SFRCP).
