: All the studies were conducted in accordance with recognized ethical guidelines (e.g., Declaration of Helsinki, CIOMS, Belmont Report, U.S. CommonRule) and tissue and clinical information were used after approval from the Ethics Committee of Xiangya hospital of Central South University (2025081285), which approved the patient consent forms or waiver of consent. Pancreatic cancer samples were provided by the Biobank of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, which has been accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
