: The experimental procedures conducted in this study received approval from the Ethical Committee of Shandong University (Approval Number: KYLL-2022(ZM)-1058). Tissue samples were obtained from patients admitted to Qilu Hospital at the time of surgery and promptly stored at -80 °C.
