: The study was approved by the Research Committee of the University of Navarra No. 007/2009 and recorded at ExternalRef removed as NCT01138774. All volunteers signed the informed consent before being recruited in the trial. The intervention was conducted in accordance with the latest Helsinki Declaration guidelines.
