Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the local Ethics Committee – Comissão de Ética do Centro Hospitalar da Universidade do Porto/Instituto Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar.
