: Human articular cartilage tissue was obtained from patients diagnosed with knee OA who underwent total knee arthroplasty (TKA), and retrospective analysis of [68 Ga]Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT imaging was conducted with the approval of the Ethics Committee at Ren Ji Hospital (2019 − 166).
