: In this study, all animal experiments conducted strictly adhered to the guidelines set by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and were officially approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Wuhan University, with the ethical approval number ZN2023186. Furthermore, the experimental parts involving sepsis patients and healthy volunteers strictly followed the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and were approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Renmin Hospital, Wuhan University, with the ethical approval number WDRY2022-K046.
