: This work does not contain results related to human participants. All experimental protocols in this work adhered to the National Institutes of Health guidelines for the care and use of laboratory animals and were reviewed and approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of the Fourth Military Medical University (IACUC-20250164). Animal experiments were conducted under strict environmental controls, maintaining temperatures between 20 and 25 °C, humidity at 40–70%, and air cleanliness at grade 7. The facility features SPF-grade barriers, IVC systems, automated environmental controls, and biosafety cabinets, complying with National Standard GB 14925 − 2010. Key parameters like temperature, humidity, air exchange, and pressure are monitored and regulated through 24-hour. The facility has consistently passed third-party inspections over the past three years. The management team, all certified in Laboratory Animal Practice, ensures daily cleaning, disinfection, and animal welfare assessments, adhering to ARRIVE guidelines (Animal Research: Reporting of In Vivo Experiments).
